As an ADHDer who struggles with motivation and commitment, I found this podcast episode a breath of fresh air among all those stuffy and cliche advice that I might hear around the Net for the last years. It's not so much about the tricks that you shared per se, but mostly about the delivery. The manner you shared your insights was very sincere and light-hearted, which allowed it to pierce through my swarm of thoughts (a so-called "ADHD radio") and bring the message. If I heard about "why" from, say, Tony Robbins, well, I would've rolled my eyes and dropped it 😅 But thanks to you, I noted that technique. Thank you!

"Maybe have an alpha reader who reads as you write." Isn't that Freud's id? Wish that guy would shut up : )

Loved it! And I'm excited to see I'm not the only one who describes themself as a "gas" for that same reason (though, at least it doesn't have a double/triple meaning in French :'))
