Hi there! I love the AMAs - thank you so much for opening your process up in this way. Two questions, in case they're useful: (1) could you please tell us a bit about the process with your developmental editor? How you found him/her? Whether you've found them useful/worth the money? Whether you'd recommend the process and in what circumstances? and (2) do you have any advice for reaching the end of the first draft and realizing that draft two needs a perspective or tense change? Start over from the beginning? Tweak what you've already got? Basically, any tips for tackling a pretty substantive rewrite...
